    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Hon. Ng’ongo, who brought this Bill, has talked of having forgotten to include the name of the former Deputy Prime Minister. We, as members of the United Democratic Forum (UDF) Party, which is co-operating with the Government, are comfortable with the exclusion of hon. Musalia Mudavadi’s name, or title, from this Bill because he has not retired. I would want, in the spirit of this Bill, to say that anybody who has retired should be the only person to benefit from this Bill. We are making this Bill for posterity. Therefore, we are asking, should other Members, who are meant to benefit from this Bill, since they feel these positions were created by politicians and if they are---"
