    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support the amendment by the Leader of Majority Party. If you look at the memorandum and the reasons, it clearly says that the principal object of this Bill is to make provisions for the benefits which are to be provided to holders of the office of the Deputy President and Designated State Officers upon their retirement. When you look at the Bill, it is clear that it is on retirement. The only amendment that the Leader of Majority Party has brought forward is to include a State officer who was left out. I support the amendment."
