    "content": "No. I do not have it here but I can explain what I meant because it is on record. Hon. Speaker, if you look at this amendment, you will see there is an additional provision for benefits to the office of the retired Deputy Prime Minister. That office, together with that of the Chief Justice was in my original Bill. If you add the Deputy Prime Minister you are certainly imposing a charge on a public fund, as provided for under Article 114 of the Constitution. Article 114 (3) states:- (3) In this Constitution, “a money Bill” means a Bill, other than a Bill specified in Article 218, that contains provisions dealing with— (a)"
