    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker. On the outset, I want to bring it to the attention of the House that for very mischievous reasons hon. Mbadi wants to delete the whole of Clause 3, according to the Order Paper. It is mischievous in the sense that if he deletes Clause 3, that will negate my other Clause 2 amendment. We have gone to school and we are students of grade B+ (plus). We must know that his intention to delete Clause 3 was to negate my vision.
