    "content": "Hon. Speaker, as I said, my amendment is basically to include the Deputy Prime Minister. In this case, it is not a money Bill since one person is already a President while the other beneficiary--- We had only two Deputy Prime Ministers and one is already a President; that is President Uhuru Kenyatta. When he retires, he will not use the perks for a Deputy Prime Minister. The other one was a beneficiary and he served as a Vice-President. That position of Vice-President can serve him.
