    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise under Standing Order No.96. We have just had some amendments that have been disallowed on a technicality. I would request that we report progress and adjourn the sitting for today, so that we can have time to refer these matters to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We also need to engage further, so that we can have an understanding. Probably, we are just not understanding each other, myself, hon. Duale and the rest.
