    "content": "The other key benefit that we will receive is that, we will now have a Government whose liquidity will improve because of financing by its own citizens and not from foreign investors. I want to end there and say that, indeed, the passage of this Bill will transform our economy. It will be like the Mpesa innovation. When hon. Kabando wa Kabando was drafting this Bill, one evening we had an opportunity to share while at Brussels serving this country. I found him researching and what I told him was: “My friend, not many Kenyans understand what you really intend to do.” This is going to be the next big bang in our economy. With those many remarks, I sincerely thank hon. Kabando wa Kabando for this innovative, very transformational and impacting amendment to the dynamics of our economy. I sincerely thank him and I second this Bill. I thank you."
