    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very innovative Motion.I would like to support this initiative. This Bill is going to open up what people have always considered to be a mystery. Central Bank has always remained a mystery to many people. If they lower the denomination and the people are able to participate in the purchase of securities, this will ensure that Central Bank is able to mop up all the money that has been staffed away in mattresses in homes. More so, the poor people have very little money to purchase securities which tend to be about Kshs.100,000. Not many people can participate in that.
