    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (b) of sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “threaten, use abusive language” immediately after the word “assault” appearing at the beginning of the paragraph. Madam Temporary Chairperson, under paragraph (b), the Committee, after doing the public hearings, felt that the acts mentioned there are not comprehensive enough. So, the words that we are adding are “threaten and use of abusive language” as one of those prohibited acts. I beg to move the amendment."
