"content": "The expiry of any Government lease held by an individual means that the land automatically reverts to the Government. Article 62 (1) (c) of the Constitution provides: âLand transferred to the State by way of sale, reversion or surrender;âshall be public land. Public land will be held, managed and administered by the National Land Commission in accordance with the Constitution. The Ministry of Lands, again, shall prepare an inventory of all public land that shall be vested to the National Land Commission."
