    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the purpose of this Question was to establish the acreage held by foreigners that has been converted to a 99-year lease. The Question is still begging for an answer. The Minister has clearly indicated, in the second page of his answer, that the Constitution provides for conversion of interests in land held by non- citizens to a maximum of 99 years leasehold. How many such holdings have been converted to 99 years; either in terms of numbers or acreage? That is what the Question is seeking to find out."
