    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the totality of the answer I have given is that, in the provisions of the Constitution, any freehold or leasehold leases that are more than 99 years automatically convert to a 99 year lease. So, it would not be possible to give the total number of acreage unless an inventory is taken. However, it is taken for granted that all the leases that are more than 99 years; either freehold or leasehold, automatically, by Constitution, have been converted to terms of not more than 99 years."
