"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. The issue of security is a very serious matter. As leaders in this country and Senators, foremost as political leaders in this country, it behooves us at this time when there is a crisis - whoever is the President is not the issue. It is time to lead the way. That is what it calls for. It does not call for us to talk of some of those things that Sen. Khalwale is talking about. Is he in order to mislead the House that once we go on recess, this House cannot be recalled any time by the Speaker if there is a matter? We have done that so many times, one of them is when he was involved in the impeachment of a governor. That is not a reason for opposing this Motion."
