Enough is enough, we, as a Government, must pull up our socks and make sure that the security of Kenyans is taken care of, both their lives and property. Changing of guard is not the solution because these officers who are coming in, if they do not get the necessary support from the officers appointed in various districts and counties, then, they will not be able to perform. We can only hope that my brother, hon. Nkaisserry, when he comes to that docket, he will whip those who are failing this Government and this country. With those remarks, I beg to support."
