    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Most of us are not very endowed or knowledgeable about matters or intricacies of security. Right now, we, as Kenyans, are lost. Sometimes, it is easy for us to speak as Jubilee or CORD members, but Kenyans are lost as to what the Government is doing about security in this country. This particular Motion is focused on Mandera and Kapedo. However, when I look at it, we really have to go further than that. Right now, it is okay to focus on those two incidences, but make a report as the Mover has requested, we have no doubt we shall agree.
