    "content": " Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, when I listened to Sen. Haji speak with strong words and emotion, I realized that we have a serious problem because he normally weighs what he says. That touched a raw nerve. The distinguished Senator for Garissa speaks volumes. In countries like Israel, the United States and many European countries, when the country is going through a crisis like this, the Government of the day reaches out to the opposition to close ranks and solve the problems of the country, or at the very least, discuss, appreciate and offer solutions.
