    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would also like to take the opportunity to commend the Ministry for allocating Kshs77 million to Migori District Hospital. However, my question is: How can the Assistant Minister say that all the money spent has now resulted in delivery of better services to the people of Migori when the major items have not been completed? There is no equipment for laboratories. Could he explain exactly how he is delivering the services, in view of this observation?"
