    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I had absolutely no intention of speaking on those reports before moving the Motion for purposes of asking this House to adopt them. However, since this has been raised, allow me a moment to respond to this matter. Let me, first of all, say that this House has just witnessed the making of history. It is the first time in the independence history of this country that the Public Accounts Committee of this House has tabled three reports at the same time. This is a miracle! This House, through the Committee and its 27 Members, has performed a miracle. I invite this House to applaud the Committee accordingly."
