I want to rise on a point of order to take exception with the issue said by the Leader of Majority Party that I was behaving as if I was at the funeral of the late hon. Otieno Kajwang’. In respect for the late Senator and for the people of Homa Bay and the people of this country, I would like, with your permission, the Leader of Majority Party to withdraw this statement.
