Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Special Report on the procurement of the independent consultant for the design, review and construction supervision for the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Mombasa to Nairobi and procurement and installation of facilities, locomotives and rolling stock, laid on the Table of the House today, Tuesday, 2nd December, 2014. Hon. Speaker, before I sit down, I do not know whether you will allow me to make a comment on all the pending reports by this particular Committee."
