    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did not ask the Member to ask the Question on behalf of my constituency. However, I beg to reply. (a) My Ministry has undertaken water projects in Wajir South, Kitui Central and Turkana Central from 2008 to date as contained in annexes A1, A2 and A3, which are attached. (b) My Ministry is putting the following measures to mitigate against the current drought in the vast Wajir South Constituency:- (i) We have issued two new water bowsers to the district for water trucking and there is an old one that is still being used."
