    "content": "The second function of PIC is examination of reports, if any, of the Auditor General on public investments. This is where the current issues arise. The PIC, as one of the two investment committees of this House, is at liberty to, at any given time, request the Office of the Auditor General to carry out an audit on any issue appertaining to any public investment. This is one of the provisions contained in the latest version of our Standing Orders – the one that we amended shortly before the last Parliament adjourned"
