It was eventually difficult for the State corporation to evict the individuals who occupied the land in the name of being squatters. Therefore, the Committee’s recommendation is that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission investigates the circumstances under which huge chunks of land belonging to a key research facility have been grabbed not only in Naivasha, but also in Kisii, Kitale, Mtwapa and Tigoni."
