(Prof) Kindiki): I rise on a further point of order to support the suggestion by the Senator for Elgeyo-Marakwet, the reason being, my understanding of the adjournment Motion under Standing Order 28 is that it should not take more than two hours. So, it can take a shorter time. Instead of taking a lot of time on an adjournment Motion, when we have Bills, I just wanted to support, if it is in order, for you to direct that we spend a little more time on the Bills."
