About four months ago, I did request for a statement from the Chairperson of Lands Committee in regard to issuance of title deeds in the country, particularly in Trans Nzoia County. The Statement appeared on the Order Paper about twice but the Chairman was not in the House to respond to it. I would like to know the position of this Statement from the Chairperson of Lands Committee."
