    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment by the Chairlady of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Committee. This is because it is extremely important. Many times the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) or anybody would say that they have consulted the people, but there is no evidence. We want to anchor in this law that there must be evidence that, indeed, people were consulted"
