When I rose to inquire as to what the import was, she now changes her mind and says she is dropping the amendment. This is creating a lot of confusion. What was actually the intention of coming up with this? She is not explaining what informed the introduction of this amendment and why she has changed her mind. Is she changing her mind because I rose to seek the import of the same?"
