    "content": "Thank you. I support that. In my constituency when they were making the new road, so many families suffered out of air pollution. This is because of the dust and other things and there was nobody who was concerned in terms of compensation. I think it is up to that Committee to fasten lead agencies in terms of air pollution. If you do not have a lead agency for air pollution and then we put this in place, there is no use. So, I think the best thing that we should do is maybe the Committee fastens the process of having a lead agency in terms of air pollution. Thank you."
