    "content": "One of the mandates of the committee is to act on behalf of the communities or the people who are affected by the environment. They replace the Public Complaints Committee (PCC) that was there before. They also go ahead to litigate for them. It will go a long way to assist the communities, which have had a lot of issues with the environment. Therefore, I would like to support and congratulate the Chair for bringing this very good Bill. Thank you."
