    "content": "Finally, I am happy with the way the Bill has given stakeholders, especially the local communities, a chance to be involved in the management and conservation of our environment. This will reduce the number of petitions being brought to this House because of gazettement of some grazing areas as forests reserves. This Bill has provided for a mitigation mechanism through the PCC."
