    "content": "conflict between whatever benefits are being provided to what is provided in this Bill. This Bill should enhance whatever is out there. This Bill has defined who is a military veteran. I think hon. Members may be hesitant to think that every individual who has served straightaway falls into the category of military veteran. The Bill has clearly spelt it out that the underlining word is “has not been dishonourably discharged’’. That if they have been able to serve the colour service and they were honourably discharged, then they straightaway fall into that category."
