    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, what the Chair has said is a very big concern. This is because a Committee has written their concerns and has written to the Speaker of the National Assembly about how this Bill needs to follow the Constitution. However, I feel like we are ignoring it; the Speaker is ignoring the Committee’s recommendations. It is true that this is a Money Bill, but it seems as if we are ignoring what the Constitution calls us to do. It is not that nobody does not want the veterans and does not want to contribute to this Bill, the Constitution and the laws should be followed to the letter."
