    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. You realise that this is a very a serious matter. Ordinarily, the report by the Committee should come to the Senate in form of a Motion, so that we can approve or not. It looks to me that we will not have that opportunity. In view of the gravity of this matter and the fact that we know that the title deed is under preparation, will I be in order to ask you, using your authority as the Speaker, to ensure through communication to the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development that this matter holds until the Senate makes a decision on the Motion that is to come? If we leave it like this, I am afraid and I have information that the title deed to this land is under preparation and may be issued any time now."
