    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On the same issue of the Statement, I want your guidance on this issue. There is the Petition that has sought to address the same issues as the Statement which was requested. When we were there on Monday, the officers of the county government where we were trying to get the information were equally perplexed because there is a Statement and a Petition. I thought that if there is a Petition, it is better to execute the Petition rather than, again, issue a Statement on the same thing. What is the guidance?
