The Assistant Minister has continued to mislead the House that every division is manned by APs. In his answer, he has said that in Mbalambala Division, there is no single AP officer. Since he has promised to give us a police force, could he, in the meantime, order the District Commissioner (DC) to deploy AP officers to serve in those two locations?"
