    "content": "So, we are having a board being created by the Cabinet Secretary, but without any reference at all to the county structures of government. Therefore, we, as a Committee, have proposed some amendments so that in addition to the creation of the Board at the national level, we also have county committees to supervise the distribution and standardisation of both foodstuffs and fertilisers in this country."
