"content": "Hon. Speaker, first, I have a small statement to hon. Otichilo on the matter of San Marco Space Application Centre. It is a brief one. I want to read it and then table this document. The matter of San Marco Space Application Centre; renewal of its management agreement is under review and will be concluded very, very soon. Upon the completion of that process, Parliament will be dully notified. This is in accordance with the new Constitution and also with the Treaty Making and Ratification Act. We, therefore, call for patience and indulgence on this matter on the part of Parliament and once it is finished, we will present the documents for ratification to Parliament. Hon. Speaker, I now read the Statement from the House Business Committee (HBC)."
