    "content": "Kenyan farmers. Secondly, under the National Agricultural and Livestock Extension Programme, we are training farmers. I want to assure hon. Members that the aspects of marketing and production are more of a private sector. As the Government, we want to play a very big role in regulation, breeding technology, making sure that the right environment is created, farmers are educated, and standards are met, to make the private sector thrive in the marketing and sale of wool products."
