"content": "Instead of blaming the Executive, we need to help them sort it out. It is a serious problem. You have the AP in camps, but they have refused to respond or co-operate with the Inspector General (IG) of Police. The AP used to report to the District Commissioners (DCs). That is because the training of the regular police is different from that of APs. We used to have APs train as paramilitary and the reason was to deal with scenarios like what happened in Kapedo. We put all those people under one management and it is causing all kinds of problems. As I end, you know every robbery you see in the cities, more often than not, there is an AP---"
