    "content": "Well, of course, I hope that all of you will recall earlier in the day that the Leader of Majority Party tabled before the House the National Police Service Commission (Recruitment and Appointments Regulations, 2014) which we have referred to the Committee on Delegated Legislation. I think, perhaps, as we discuss, one could look at those regulations. What is it that they are proposing in regard to the particular topic that they seek to address? Hon. Members, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 28(4), this House resolves to alter its Calendar for the 2nd Session (2014) as adopted on February 26, 2014 and resolves to hold Sittings until Thursday, December 11, 2014."
