    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that the Government or his Ministry will establish the law courts once the community provides land. I am surprised by that answer because the Ministry should approach the Commissioner of Lands to allocate them land or if there is no land, then the Ministry should get it and build the law courts. It is not the responsibility of the community to build for the Government. The Government should get land and then build the law courts. Why can the Ministry not look for land or buy it if it is not availed by the Commissioner of Lands?"
