    "content": "Lately in September, Kenya underwent what is called a rebasing of the economy. Our economy was in September raised overnight by 25 per cent from Kshss3.8 trillion GDP to Kshs4.75 GDP. For that reason, there is that feeling of saying that we are worth more and now we can therefore borrow more. The truth of the matter is that the rebasing is just a paper richness and not one that is, indeed, material richness."
