    "content": "money and money that we borrow. Let us think about 10 or 20 years from now. I have been privileged to run two institutions before I came to this House. The institutions that I ran – which were church institutions – used to borrow heavily. However, we borrowed to invest, and not to consume. I am proud to say that the last institution that I headed, the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), borrowed and invested very well during my tenure at its helm. We completely changed the balance sheet of that institution for the good of future generations."
