    "content": "The Mover alluded to the development projects that are going to be implemented. As a Member of the Jubilee Coalition, I know that there are three core issues that are contained in our manifesto. The first one is security, the second one is food security and the third one is infrastructure. These three are the most fundamental issues contained in the Jubilee manifesto. I totally agree that improvement of our transport infrastructure through implementation of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) and LAPSSET projects as well as tarmacking of 10,000 kilometres of road will go a long way in transforming this country’s economy."
