    "content": "So, we need this law as a matter of urgency. We have all tasked the Executive to style up and come up with radical laws to deal with terrorism and insecurity in this country. So, this law has come at the right time, so that we can address this issue conclusively. We all know that extraordinary times call for extraordinary decisions. That time is now. I want to plead with the House to approve this Motion."
