    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I want to second this Procedural Motion. This is an important time in the history of our country. Having gone through these incidences and after the Government making changes in the security agencies, as a House, we also need to make the necessary changes through legislation to ensure that we support the measures that are being taken to secure our country from external invasion and internal attacks from banditry and others attacks that we can face in this country."
