    "content": "We also need to consider the issue of having a lot of liquidity in this country. Indeed, there is no question that the borrowing will increase because of this ceiling and, therefore, the issue of inflation. Just recently this Parliament discussed how to ensure that the people at the bottom level of the economy can actually lend their money to the Government when we reduced the amount from Ksh.50,000 downwards. Therefore, the question would be: Have we really exhausted internal mechanisms of ensuring that the Government has actually money to invest in these projects? My take is “no.”"
