    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to note this Report from His Excellency the President. It is unfortunate that we are debating this Report very many months after it was laid on the Floor of the House. Be that as it may, I want to start by saying that, any Government whatsoever pursues specific foreign policies in the best interest of its people or should do so. We are lucky that as we speak, we have a very robust Constitution that makes it mandatory for any international law or convention which the Government has certified, to be part of the laws of the country. That is one of the most beautiful things that I can say about our Constitution.
