    "content": "Allow me also, at this preliminary stage, to move this Report in honour and recognition of our hon. colleague, the Member for Kajiado North, hon. Joseph Manje, who has been in and out of hospital for the last three or so weeks after he was injured in a scuffle, protecting and defending his constituents in an activity that led to a police attack, leading to his injury after inhaling a lot of teargas.
