    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I belong to a Committee of this House, the Labour and Social Welfare Committee. We visited the projects that the Minister has told this House that they have been completed. I want to bring to her attention the fact that the records she was given by those who wrote them are wrong! That is because on the ground, we saw them practically. For example, in Busia, the projects that she has said have been completed are not yet complete. Only one project has so far been completed. That is the radio station in Budalangâi. The rest are stalled projects. I would like to ask her whether what she is reading is the true reality on the ground."
